How can I get a refund?

We totally understand — unexpected charges are frustrating, and we're here to help.

Refund eligibility depends on where you purchased:

  • App Store (iOS): Request within 48 hours via Apple's refund page
  • Google Play (Android): Request within 48 hours via Google's refund page
  • Web: Request within 30 days of purchase, with no significant usage after the charge
  • Renewals: Request within 48 hours of the renewal charge, with no activity since
