I already purchased Revive — why is it asking me to pay again?

Don't worry, you won't be charged twice! This usually happens for one of these reasons:

  • You're logged into a different account than the one used for purchase
  • Your subscription was purchased on a different platform (iOS, Android, or Web)
  • Your subscription has expired

What to do: Open the app and log in using the same email, Apple ID, or Google account you used when you first subscribed — and on the same platform.
